On Tuesday, April 1, former ESB Academy standout Alex Valentin’s current college team, the Texas State Bobcats, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Longhorns.
The game took place at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. This was their first matchup against the Longhorns this season.
The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
