On Saturday, March 15, former ESB Academy standout Alex Valentin’s current college team, the Texas State Bobcats, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Appalachian State Mountaineers.

The game took place at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 12 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium against Appalachian State Mountaineers.
