On Saturday, April 5, former West Broward High School standouts Alejandro Sardinas and Michael Fortes’ current college team, the Dayton Flyers, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UMass Minutemen.

The game took place at Earl Lorden Field. This was their second matchup against the Minutemen this season.

The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at Earl Lorden Field against UMass Minutemen.
